The recipes here have tested in my kitchen and according to my taste... so if you don't like it, too bad... All volume measurements in the recipes are based on the Australian measuring cups and spoons. Adjust the taste to your like.

Oakleigh Fresh Pasta

White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

I try to copy the cookies from Subway... I love the flavour and the soft chewy texture of the cookies from Subway. The cookies that I've made are not that close to the original. Still needs some trials.
